If you love fajitas and want the absolute easiest recipe possibly known to man…
LOOK NO FURTHER!
It’s the one pan fajita recipe that is to die for.
The initial picture you see is relatively self-explanatory, but basically you’ll slice up an onion…
And of course slice up some green peppers…
Next cut up some slices of chicken from an already roasted chicken. I use Kroger’s Simple Truth roasted chicken in a bag. I don’t have a set amount to tell you. Just cut up enough to accommodate number of servings you need.
Line a cookie sheet with some foil paper.
Drizzle a little olive oil on the bottom of the pan and tilt to coat.
Place the chicken, the peppers and the onions on the pan
Coat veggies and chicken with a packet of taco seasoning. Use the entire package
Then lightly drizzle chicken, veggies and taco seasoning with a little olive oil.
Place in 400 degree oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until veggies are tender.
You can serve them with warm tortillas of your choice – corn or flour.
Or…
Serve it over salad like I do. Add a dollop of pre-made quacamole…
Top with sour cream…
And don’t forget the salsa!! (I prefer Pace myself.)
And, THAT my friends, is the tastiest, easiest fajita recipe in the world. You have to try it!
