Would you be interested in a super yummy Chicken Marsala recipe sure to impress your guests?
If so….try this one my sister-in-law shared with me.
Totally restaurant worthy meal, but without the stress.
Easy, breezy and super delish.
Package of 4 boneless chicken breasts.
Pound flat.
In a bowl combine a can of golden mushroom soup….
1/4 cup of red wine of your choice
2 – 3 cups of fresh mushrooms.
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix the soup, wine, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, garlic and a touch of salt and pepper together well.
Place chicken in a prepared (sprayed) pan and pour mixture over chicken.
Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
Garnish with parsley if desired. (optional)
Serve with pasta or rice.
